If your assistant or support staff need access to your clients, accounts and even your commissions with each of the insurance carriers with whom you are contracted, they must first be registered and have an active profile with those carriers.

We have all the insurance carrier website registration links HERE in this BIG help article.  Your assistant or support staff will also require all your codes for which they need access.

There are a couple of insurance carriers that will require a form to be completed; Canada Life and Desjardins once the assistant has completed their registration.  By you completing these forms as the advisor, you are giving your authorization for their access.  Once the form is completed, return to the carrier as per the instructions at the bottom of each form.

For Foresters, the advisor can request to give their assistant access by sending an email to marketing@foresters.com.  Provide your authorization along with your assistants email address.

For ivari, you are able to create associate access for your staff.  You control who can access your clients and what they see.  Click below for the self serve tool from ivari.

For Assumption, UV Insurance and Beneva, please contact the commissions administrator at your regional IDC WIN office.  They will need to request access on your behalf by emailing each of the carriers commissions/ contracting teams and once access has been granted they will inform you via email.
