Once you have received your Active codes for the insurance carriers through IDC WIN, you must be sure you are registered for each of their respective websites.  The carrier websites provide you with access to your clients, their policies and accounts, your commissions, underwriting information, marketing materials and more.

BMO does not offer assistant access at this time. If your assistant requires access to your BMO business, they must use your BMO advisor credentials

Equitable Life does not have a self registration process. New Advisors will be emailed the registration instructions once contracting has been approved.


For Foresters, the advisor can request to give their assistant access by sending an email to marketing@foresters.com. Provide your authorization along with your assistants email address.

If you have a staff member that requires access, you as the advisor can enable their access to your business. Click here to learn how to Create Associate Accounts.




If you have a staff member that requires access to your compensation, clients etc. they will need to self register as well. When enrolling please have them select the appropriate 'role' in the options provided. The staff member will need to have the advisor codes they need access to, available to complete the registration. If you need assistance you can email Advisor_Site_Support@sunlife.com.
