Effective Monday April 29, 2024, IDC Worldsource moved to OKTA. It is an online identity and access platform, which IDC Worldsource Insurance Network Inc. (IDC WIN) has partnered with in order to provide a single sign-on experience.

Change can be frustrating and confusing and we understand that. We truly appreciate your patience and support during this change.

We have put together all the Frequently Asked Questions you may have around the new single sign on process. If your question(s) is/are not answered in the linked FAQ document below, please engage in a Live Chat with our IDC WIN BIG team. The Live Chat icon is located on the lower right hand corner of the IDC WIN BIG site.

If you did not receive the WELCOME TO OKTA email on Monday April 29, 2024 and are active with IDC WIN as your MGA, please engage in a Live Chat with our IDC WIN BIG team.

Note: for this initial phase of SSO, it did not include RepVision or Bluesun Advisor.
