If you are unable to access specific areas such as reporting within Bluesun Advisor, it could be due to recent browser updates. If you receive the WealthServ System Error when trying to access options within Bluesun Advisor, please try the following:
When operating systems complete automatic updates, your security permission to allow sites such as the Bluesun Advisor portal, may be removed.
If you are using Chrome, please ensure your browser security permissions allow Bluesun Advisor as a trusted site.
Below are the steps to add Trusted sites and to remove the pop-up blocker on Google Chrome.
How to Add Trusted Sites
If you are using Chrome
Click the three vertical dots icon located on the far right of the Address bar
Click on Settings, then go to PRIVACY AND SECURITY
Click on SITE SETTINGS
Scroll down to ADDITIONAL CONTENT SETTINGS, then choose INSECURE CONTENT
Enter the URL of your Trusted Site, then click Add.
How To Allow Sites
Click the three vertical dots icon located on the far right of the Address bar
Click on Settings, then go to PRIVACY AND SECURITY
Click on SITE SETTINGS
Scroll down to CONTENT and click on Pop-ups and redirects
Click Add in the Allow section to add the site.
